Rhian Sudgen sends temperatures soaring as she puts on a VERY busty display in a red swimsuit while soaking up the sun in Ibiza

Rhian Sugden left little to the imagination as she posed for a jaw dropping snap on Instagram on Thursday while soaking up the sun in Ibiza.

The glamour model, 36, put on a very busty display in a red swimsuit as she draped the sleeves off her shoulders while perched on a wall overlooking a pool.

She turned up the heat by styling her long brunette tresses in voluminous loose waves which cascaded past her shoulders.

It comes after Rhian spoke out about her anxiety diagnosis for the first time,

revealing her lifelong phobia of being sick, which began when she was just three years old, has caused panic attacks and left her hospitalised.

Speaking to former Love Island star Dr Alex George on the Stompcast podcast,

Rhian admitted her phobia of being sick has taken over her life and even her husband has struggled to deal with her panic attacks and anxiety.

Rhian revealed her fear has impacted much of her life for over 30 years –

from preventing her from getting on school buses, to stopping her taking holidays abroad and eating most food, leaving her seriously underweight.

For years, medics had struggled to help the model, but after she decided to try out different therapies herself – including shock therapy and hypnotherapy

she said more recently she has finally started learning to cope better.

Rhian explained: ‘Over the last five years I’ve been diagnosed with anxiety.

But I’ve had it since I was about three, four years old and it wasn’t really a thing back then.

‘As long as I can remember, I’ve had it bad. I feel like it’s taken over a lot of my life, but it stems from a phobia of being sick.

‘I have ideas where it came from because I’ve had so many different types of therapy over the years.

I’ve had hypnotherapy, CBT therapy (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), shock therapy.

‘And they regressed me somehow – something that I never thought was possible. I thought this is just ridiculous talk, but they managed to get memories out of me that I didn’t realise I had. That was hypnotherapy that did that.

Rhian explained that hypnotherapy helped memories resurface from her childhood including witnessing a dinner lady at her school being sick, helping her to understand when the phobia started.
